Hiya Chris!
Great stuff. I love the last shot of the giant from below. It makes it look HUGE!
I painted my OnG just so-so for years and have only recently actually tried to paint decent. I have to say that one of the things that I learned to make the minis look great was to paint the skin in layers. Go with a dark green and then at least one coat of a lighter green. You can even dry brush it on. I have found I like 3 coats of green to make it look good. I think it would do wonders to do 3 coats of skin for your Greenskins.
I like your work, thought! It's good. The banners are nice. You don't see hand panted much these days. Also, the staff on your shaman is better than mine, I think.

Are you coming to adepticon? If so I'll bring some of my orcs with. There are 6 layers of flesh tone on the characters. For some reason my camera doesn't pick up the colors. I guess I need a new one.. as its only 11 years old LOL. I say this not being defensive but as i look at the models I even see what your talking about on the screen... as I hold em in my hand I'm like... not the same model! Ahh well.... If you're at A-con I'll have proof that they do indeed look different in person LOL!

Doh! Yes, I think it is time for a new camera.
Yes, I will be at Adepticon! We will have to meet up. I think some people from Da Warpath will be there.
