Slightly different than the one you played against Rob,
Lord on horse (challenge monster)
Lvl4 Life on horse with Stubborn crown
Lvl2 Beast on horse
Lvl2 Beast on foot
Paladin BSB on Horse
Paladin on Pegasus
10 Realm Knights+ banner of +1Ld
10 Realm Knights
6 Questing knights+ flamming banner
3 grail knights
4 Peg Knights
2x 10 Bowmen
2x Trebuchet
Lvl2 on foot was all but useless since I had the Lvl4. I take he foot mage on beasts to get Transformation of Kadon. I got that spell all 3 games and never cast it once. I figured that was going to be the case, but I kinda' took what I had painted. Far better to have 2x Lvl1 beats mages in the knights blocks imo.
Lvl4 life did pretty well. Life is one of the lores that becomes SOOOO much better when you can know all the spells (instead of just 4). She stays for competetive lists. I wish I didn't have to rely on Dwellers below so heavily, but what the heck to you do with a WoC chosenstar with 3+wardsave and stubborn (or similar unit) if not dwellers? When you face another life mage across the table it becomes a roll off to see who can "quickdraw" dwellers the other first. I really like the toughness spell. That one along with sig spell for beasts is KEY to Brets doing well in combat.
The horse lord with LD 10 was very nice, but I didn't need the 10 often (maybe never?) during the tourney. He didn't do much really. I might consider taking him out!
The trebs did what trebs do. They were actually pretty tame, scattered a lot, but never blew up (misfired a good bit, but never killed themselves)
The peg knights were brilliant as was the Peg Paladin.
Same with the bowmen. Cheap flaming longbow attacks in core...yes please
3 grail knights was so fine. They can do a lot for a small point cost. Good flanker at that size/points
I am on the fence about the questing knights. I _want_ to like them a lot, but they underwhelmed me during the tourney. I am going to try a beefier unit as my main hammer and see if that helps.
