Focusing on MWR these next few weeks so probably not likely to get too much finished on the Daemons. But I'll still be painting...terrain! Don't have to make a lot of pieces for MWR6, but a some neat ones. Here is the first of the new pieces...GW Temple of Skulls. I loved painting this. I'm a big fan of the GW plastic terrain and this is just a really nice piece. Painted up very quickly too. Finishing up a hill (scree slope) tonight and will be building some Woodland Scenics trees this coming weekend. I love the GW Forests...but they are most definitely "Home" terrain as they just don't travel well so for Rampage it's Woodland Scenics tree kits FTW. So here's the Temple of Skulls:

Nice work, I'm also a big fan of the GW plastic terrain. I particularly like the grail chapel.

Ok, here's what I finished tonight: Stone Wall Blessed Bulwark - Dwarf Themed Scree Slope Ghost Fence - Which, I have to admit, turned out far better than I expected Jim

Thanks Tom.
That turned out so well that I'm actually considering an entire VC army done that way, ala Army of the Dead from LotR. It would definitely paint up quickly. Even if I added just a bit to the color palette. Such as painting the armor/weapons grey or metal instead of white before adding the Green Transparent.

I've got a large Mantic VC army that I was thinking about doing the exact same thing. Don't really want to spend a lot of effort on it, but I do want it to be painted - hence the army of the dead paint scheme.
