I picked them up at a convention. They are plaster. Some guy was selling them cheap and I thought I might use them someday. I finally found the use I guess:)

I really thought the Red White and Blue of Altdorf would work great with a bald eagle, and it seemed only fitting that the Emperor Karl Franz would send out a general from the captial city to lead my army.
